Mary Grasso, 97, of North Arlington, passed away peacefully at home with her family. Mary was born in Jersey City in 1919 to Alfonso Ferullo and Maria (nee Tirella).
She was an old fashioned lady who took pride being a homemaker, cooking and taking care of her family. Her children and grandchildren were most important to her.
Mary met the love of her life, Anthony and together they raised 4 children. She had a great life with her husband Anthony who passed away only six months ago.
She also was a loyal Yankee fan, enjoyed gambling in Atlantic City, watching game shows and the music of Andrea Bocelli.

Mary will be deeply missed by her loving children; Judy and her husband Thomas (11/2016), Regina Purcell, Anthony and his wife Robin, Mary is also predeceased by her son Thomas in 2001. She leaves her adored grandchildren, Angelica, Vincent, Brad, Cassie and many nieces & nephews.

Family will receive friends on Thursday in the Calhoun-Mania Funeral Home, 19 Lincoln Ave., Rutherford, from noon to 2pm with a Prayer Service immediately following.
