Lillian P. Williams – 95 years old
Passed away on March 10, 2018 in her home after a brave battle with cancer. She is resting in peace and suffers no more, she is now with our dear Lord.
Lillian was born on September 13, 1922 in Throop, PA, moved to Newark, New Jersey where she resided until meeting her late husband Edward J. Williams. They were married and lived in Jersey City before moving to Moonachie where they raised their four children.
Lillian worked for various companies as a bookkeeper before retiring from Melnor Industries in Moonachie after 25 years of service.
Lillian was a devoted Christian, she was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Moonachie for 40 years. She was a kind, loving and selfless mother and friend to all. Everyone who knew her immediately took a liking to her gentle and caring heart.
She loved her home in Moonachie, where she enjoyed her beautiful flower and vegetable garden.
Lillian is survived by her daughter Janette and her husband Tom Borgaro, her son Richard and his wife Liz, her son Edward and his wife Vi, her granddaughter Ashely and her husband Cole and her late son Ronald.
Her beautiful spirt and smile will be greatly missed by her family, friends and many acquaintances.
