Billy and I grew up together and went through Transfiguration elementary school together. He was my best friend throughout those years. Many great memories and stories. Very sorry to hear of his passing, he was a wonderful friend and person. My condolances to his mom Jean, sister Pam and brother Ricky. I will never forget Jean and Charlie, they were always so generous and kind to all Billy's friends. I will never forget Billy.
